Terms of service

By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

I DRAW:• Dragons, anthropomorphic and feral characters, fantasy creatures.
• I really love natural backgrounds and organic elements.
• Natural and vibrant palettes, but I always aim for a balanced, non-overwhelming look.
• Highly detailed characters.
• Mild gore (blood, bones, wounds) — possible.
• Artistic nudity and subtle eroticism — possible.

I DO NOT DRAW:• NSFW content, vore, hyper, BBW, fat, and other fetish themes.
• Genitalia.
• Humans and humanoids.
• Ponies, Pokémon, robots, insects.
• Real people, real animals, or real pets
• Minors, loli, shota.
• Garish or overly harsh colors.
• Complex architecture, interiors, and cityscapes (I may consider these for an additional fee).

General:• English is not my native language, I use a translator. Please write in simple and clear English so there are no misunderstandings between us.• I’m still searching for my style. I often change brushes, try new subjects, compositions, textures, rendering techniques. Because of this, my works may look different, but I always aim to deliver a piece that I’m happy with and that meets the client’s expectations.• I value creative freedom and love bringing interesting ideas to life in my drawings. If you have an idea you’d like to see realized, I’d be happy to try it out as long as it fits my skill set.• It will be easier for me if you provide a clear reference of your character. Also, please state all your wishes before payment so I can assess whether I can handle your commission. I may decline a commission before payment if I feel the character or idea doesn’t suit me for any reason.Payment:• I work with full upfront payment. Payment is made via Lavatop (PayPal and debit cards available, no registration required) or to RU cards. After payment, I won’t be able to issue a refund due to the political situation.• I may ask for an additional fee for a complex design or a large amount of character or background details.• You’re not required to cover the platform fee. I’d be very grateful if you could cover it.Deadlines:• I don’t set deadlines and can’t say exactly when your commission will be finished. I sometimes have creative blocks, mental health issues, and real‑life workload. I may switch between commissions to avoid burnout. If you need the work by a specific date, I reserve the right to charge a +50% rush fee on top of the commission price.Additional:• I send progress stages. It’s important to me that you’re satisfied with your commission. Edits during the sketch stage are free. If you request edits after the sketch stage, they may come with an additional fee. If I made mistakes in the design, those edits will be free.• During the process, I may change the colour palette of the background or lighting as I see fit from an artistic point of view. I may also adjust poses or composition at my discretion.• You can purchase a private commission for an additional 100% fee. I won’t publish it anywhere, but please let me know in advance so I don’t post progress shots on social media.• As the artist, I reserve the right to use my work for any commercial and non‑commercial purposes. I may display the work in my social media, galleries, and use it to create printed products.• As the client, you may use the work for personal use only. You can display my work in your social media, as an avatar, wallpaper, etc., as long as you credit me as the artist.
